To be eligible:

  • Caregivers must live in California

  • Caregivers must either work now in an eligible job role, OR be interested in becoming one of the eligible provider types in a home- and community-based setting

  • Eligible provider types include: HHA, CNA, RN, LVN, home-based CHW, Respiratory or Occupational or Physical or Speech Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or other licensed HCBS healthcare professionals.
